I am NOT a cookie cutter doula. Every mom is going to receive completely individualized care from me. Some moms need 4 visits, some need 1. Some moms need me to help cook meals, some need me to just listen to their fears. Some want to know all the numbers & statistics, while others want to focus on spirituality & instinct. You get the point. Therefore, my packages are very loosely based. I work for YOU. Whatever you need, you get...and whatever questions you have, I answer. I become part of your motherhood village.

VIRTUAL COACHING CALLS 1 HR & 30 MIN

Don't want or need everything in my packages, but need help with x,y or z? I can still help!

Hop on either a 30 min or 1 hour coaching call. This is a great option when you do not want full doula support, but you want to learn about a specific topic or just pick my brain. Examples: breastfeeding, how to prepare for labor, postpartum planning, discuss birth interventions/research, vaccine info, etc.
At the end of every coaching call I will provide a thorough summary via email and I will attach any resources discussed.
